End User License Agreement (EULA) & Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 3, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Radar: App Store Optimization ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

• The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operations. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
